we drove up and hour north of NYC to stay with Nathan's co worker. We had a good visit, went to a Jewish new year meeting and walked through town to the River. Beauiful place!
We drove to NYC and spent the afternoon seeing the sights. Staton Island Ferry was fun. We all loved seeing the Statue of Liberty, and riding on the ferry. After that we walked to the 9/11 memorial. So touching! We ate NY pizza and also found a great vegetarian place for dinner. Then we jumped on a plane to St. Martin.
Loved NYC. We hope to be able to see more of it sometime.
