Mesa, Albuqueque

 We made a trip to Mesa in July. We went with Carri and the kids to the museum.

 Then we were off to Albuquerque for Nathan's work. We stayed at his co-worker parents house. they had a pool and lived right by this canal. We had a lot of fun.

 On the way home, we stopped at Canyon De Chelly.

It was a fun trip.

Loa Family Campout

 In July my family went on a campout  south of Loa. Mike and Angela rented a cabin.

 Everyone was able to make it, just on different days. Everyone but Heath and Joey were there at the beginning. Then Carri and I left, and Heath and Joey came.

 We went fishing at one of the most beautiful lakes I have ever been to.

 It was also one of the most miserable lakes I have ever been to. There were millions of mosquitos!

 We all had a good time that morning, minus the mosquitos.

 There was lots of relaxing, playing in the creek, and visiting.

Family Vacation

 We took a family vacation in June. We camped 1 night at Lake Powell. It was very windy.

 We stopped by Four Corners.

 Our favorite part of the trip was Mesa Verde.

 The ruins were awesome! This ladder was super tall.Kind of scary, but we all made it.

 We hiked to the petroglyphs. It was a cool place.

 Then we headed to Arches.

 We hiked to Landscape Arch. The hike was just ok until we got to the Arch. Then it got really good. The Arch was beautiful. Then we took a back country trail to 2 other arches.  It was awesome.

Photo shoot

 While the boys were off on the Father and Son's campout, the girls had a photo shoot.

 I even got out my wedding dress for the occasion. Emily loved it!

 She changed outfits many times, and we even did our nails.

 She cracks me up!
