Cousins

We spent 2 weeks in Mesa in February. We had a lot of fun with Carri's family.

(Haha, Belly, belly button, you're oh so fine! So silly.)

The end.

Sandra Lynn Gardner

Sandy passed away in January. Her kids were all here for the last few weeks of her life. Karen was also here on and off. Just a few days before she died, Kristin had her baby. Wendy Lynn.

We had a small grave side service in Toquerville. Her kids, grandkids, and friends wrote and drew pictures on her casket. In Mesa, we did a memorial art show. We set up every picture that we could find. She painted/drew a lot of pictures in her life.

It was a wonderful way to celebrate her life. She was a great lady and left a great posterity.

Schnepf Farms

The kids and I traveled to Mesa for Autumn's Baptism. While we were there we went to visit Grandma Ruesch and we went to Schnepf Farms. It was a blast!

The kids had a great time riding the Bee's.

Grandma, Carri, Autumn, Amanda and I rode the swings.

Flat Ladybug

This post is for Autumn, Amanda, and Benny.

We really enjoyed having Flat Ladybug stay with us for a few months. The kids enjoyed showing her around.
We celebrated Valentines Day with Ladybug and a few cousins. The kids had fun opening valentines and eating candy.
It snowed while Ladybug was visiting. It was beautiful to see the forest covered in white. Ladybug was especially excited to see snow.

We took a trip to the bounce house. It was a lot of fun going down the slides and playing tag.
When we got to Utah, we had dinner at Heath's house. Uncle Joey gave Emily her first chicken. She loved it.

We went to the park with Taylor. Everyone had a great time.

After a fun stay in Utah, it was time to get on the road to Austin. We saw a lot of neat things. Ladybugs favorite was the giant windmills and the trains.

We spent Easter in Austin. It was fun to decorate our easter eggs.

Austin had a lot of great places. One of our favorite places was Barton Springs Park. It had a natural spring fed pool, a big park and a train.

The State Capitol was another great place. The building was beautiful. It was cool to see such a historic building.

We went to the Texas History Museum and learned all about the history of Texas.

On our way back to Utah, we spent a few days in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. We Spent the 4th of July in Santa Fe and toured some of the oldest churches west of the Mississippi river.

We stopped on Sunday at the Albuquerque, NM temple. It was very pretty.

We had a long trip, but saw a lot of great stuff. Ladybug had fun, but can't wait to get home.
We can't wait to see you all next week!
